Happy Friday! It’s been a busy week but before I sign off I just wanted to share a little outfit inspiration if you happen to be going to Gold Cup or watching the Derby (or just ditch the hat and you’re ready for a bridal shower, garden party or graduation event)! Whatever you’re doing – have a great weekend!
I might have mentioned that Z and I have been planning a getaway for later this summer and have been going back and forth between Croatia and Spain. We’re still not 100% sure, but if we do end up going to Spain, there will definitely be a stop in Barcelona (and a lot of shopping at Zara)! I was perusing the hotels where my company has preferred rates (perks of working for a large, global firm!) and when I came across the Mandarin Oriental I thought – can I please move in now??
Located on the famous Passeig de Gràcia, the Mandarin Oriental Barcelona is within walking distance of popular sites like Las Ramblas, la Sagrada Família and the Gothic Quarter. The clean contemporary interiors with a splash of classic luxury are a design lovers dream!
Ballet flats with bows that are classic (or classic with a little edge) are my weakness. Maybe they’re a little boring compared to killer heels but I know I’ll get more wear out of them and honestly, most of the time I just like being comfortable!
Do you prefer flats or heels?
